The Bridge Connection is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit helping families thrive through outdoor education, community outreach, and practical support. We create spaces for people to learn, grow, and be a light in our community.
Homegrown Outdoor School
A nature-centered homeschool program where kids ages 5–18 learn outdoors through gardening, nature studies, life skills, teamwork, and hands-on projects.
Christmas Outreach
A long-running outreach that serves families through gifts, community support, and meaningful holiday experiences each year.
