10-week sessions

Our day (from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm) will be spent outdoors exploring nature, growing sustainable food options through gardening, prepping the harvest for storage, foraging, playing outdoor sports, learning outdoor skills, and more. While the day will have some structure in educational directives, there will also be time to freely explore (with supervision) and learn about what comes our way throughout the day through interaction with all that nature offers. We do have afternoon snack during our Ohana time, and all groups share lunchtime together.

The last part of the day will include a community effort to clean up. In order to be proper stewards of the venue we are renting, students are expected to stay until clean up is complete (allow for muddy days to take a little longer).

WEEKLY WORKSHOPS

Would you like to try out Homegrown just for a day? Do some weeks work with your schedule better than others? Are you interested in a particular learning opportunity? We now offer a weekly workshop registration option! Students will participate in a full day at Homegrown on any of our class dates during our current session.

*Weekly workshop registration is required by the Monday prior to each date to secure your spot.

HOMEGROWN MEMBERSHIP
