Ginger Shocklee
Founder & President Homegrown Director Ginger's first priority is her time with God and has found a new love and understanding of exactly who He is, how much He loves each one of us, and who she is through a six-month Discipleship Training School with Youth With a Mission the first half of 2013. Second, four wonderful blessings in her children and a grandma of 5 keeps her heart full of joy and her schedule full as she is still a homeschool teacher of the youngest two. When Ginger is not busy with her family or The Bridge Connection or Homegrown Outdoor School, she finds herself immersed in learning as much as she can about gardening, herbs and edible flowers, canning and preserving food... and traveling! |

Tammy Hood
Board Treasurer/Secretary Homegrown Administrator and Registrar Tammy is married to Brad who is a firefighter/paramedic in Sachse and they have 3 sons. The oldest, Kyer, is 28 and married with their third child on the way which makes Tammy a Gigi to those beautiful grandchildren! Evan, the middle child, is 18 and a senior this year. The baby of the family, RJ, is 8 and Tammy homeschools him. When she is not busy with RJ or the grandbabies, Tammy helps run a large homeschool group which keeps her very busy! Annye Kirkland
